By browsing, contacting us or registering to any of our programs, you accept these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Services we provide

We provide endurance sport coaching (Team Dalit), retreats, training camps, corporate wellness programs, personal coaching and school programs (Mindfull Motion). Specific terms of each program (pricing, schedule, cancellation) are communicated directly with the coach before any commitment.

3. Physical activity — your responsibility

Endurance sports involve physical effort and inherent risks. Before joining a session, a retreat or a coaching program you are required to:

  • Confirm with a physician that you are medically fit to participate.
  • Hold valid health and accident insurance covering sport activity.
  • Honestly disclose any medical condition that may affect your participation.
  • Use suitable, safe equipment (helmet for cycling, etc.) and follow safety rules.

Within the limits permitted by Israeli law, the coach and the operators are not liable for injuries, illnesses or damages resulting from participation when the participant has failed to comply with the above.

4. Privacy & personal data

We process personal data in accordance with the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981 and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What we collect: name, email, phone number, training level and any message you send through the contact form. We may also collect technical data (IP address, browser, device, pages visited) to operate the site.

Why we use it: to reply to you, to provide the requested service, to send you operational communications (training updates, retreat info), and to comply with our legal obligations.

Who can see it: only the coach (Omri) and the administration (Yardena). We do not sell your data. We use a small number of trusted service providers (hosting on Railway, email delivery, analytics) under appropriate confidentiality terms.

How long: form submissions are kept for as long as the lead is active plus 24 months. Members' data is kept while the membership is active and for the legally required retention period after termination.

Your rights: under Israeli law and, where applicable, GDPR, you may access, correct, erase or restrict the processing of your personal data, and object to direct marketing. To exercise these rights, write to omricoaching@gmail.com.

5. Cookies & analytics

We use a minimal set of cookies necessary to operate the site (language preference, security). We may also use anonymous analytics to understand traffic patterns. We do not use third-party advertising trackers. A consent banner will be displayed when analytics that require consent are activated.

6. Photos & video

Photos and videos taken during sessions, retreats or events may be used on the Site, on Instagram (@teamdalit, @mindfullmotion1) and in promotional materials. Participants who do not wish to be photographed must notify the coach in writing before the activity; we will do our best to honor the request. To request the removal of an existing image, contact us at omricoaching@gmail.com.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Site (texts, logos, training plans, articles, photos, videos) is the property of the operators or used with permission. Reproduction or commercial reuse without prior written authorization is prohibited.

8. Cancellation & refunds

Cancellation conditions for retreats, camps and prepaid coaching are communicated in writing before payment. For monthly training subscriptions, you may cancel at the end of any calendar month by notifying the administration; the current month is not refunded.

9. External links

The Site may link to third-party services (WhatsApp, Instagram, race organizers, hotel partners). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms and Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page with the "Last updated" date above.

11. Governing law

These Terms and any dispute arising from the use of the Site or our services are governed by Israeli law. The competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
